Medium straw yellow with slight green highlights, very fine perlage and a persistent crown (mousse). In the nose, fine and delicate with a youthful character, floral and fruity with notes of  hawthorn, sage and citus. In the mouth, light and sweet, but not at all syrupy, lifted by a gentle mousse and bursting with apricots and peaches on the finish.

Serve well-chilled (to keep it balanced) and often. This wine adores hot tubs, poolside, New Year’s Eve, Sunday brunch and walks in the park…okay, forget the walk. Hungry? This wine always says yes to foie gras, prosciutto, hard cow and sheep cheeses, ripe berries, peaches and mmmmm custards.
